1. Wild salmon (rich in omega 3 fats and vitamin D)--> blom penah try tp teringin bila makan sushi.
2. Spinach (rich in folic acid and soluble fiber)--> slalu gak la makan. masa kat UTM, ni sayur favourite mkn tgh ari selain kangkung goreng belacan. hehe.
3. Skim milk (rich in Vitamin D and B12)--> aku mmg suka minum susu!
4. Ground flaxseeds (rich soluble fiber, omega 3 fats and folic acid)--> tak tau ape bende ni!
5. Blackberries (rich in soluble fiber and folic acid)--> erm.. cam tak best je, lg pun kat M'sia ade ke? dah jd jem ade la..
6. Omega 3 fortified eggs (rich in omega 3 fats, Vitamin D and B12)--> yup! kat umah mak mmg hanya beli telur omega 3. hampir tiap2 hari aku mkn telur.
7. Sardines ( rich in omega 3 fats and Vitamin D)--> slalu mkn. menu favourite! kalah lauk lain kalau jumpe sardin.
8. Soybeans (rich in soluble fiber, folic acid and omega 3 fats)--> tak berapa suka soya!
9. Beans (rich in soluble fiber and folic acid)--> ntahla..
10. Sunflower seeds (rich in soluble fiber and folic acid)--> kuaci ke ek? tak suka! mkn susah2 tp tak kenyang, memenatkan lg ade!
